I was invited by Renault India to drive and experience their new car-Renault Lodgy in the month of June. This was all paid trip and I got a chance to stay in one of the best 5 star resorts of Goa- The Leela at Mobor, Cavelossim Goa. The entire property is spread out in 75 acres on beach side. I had an ultimate beach holiday week end here. This property has one of the finest interiors mixed with the essence of Portuguese heritage. The Leela offers and caters for all age
group and all mind sets. You are looking for just to be a beach bum? then head out to the private beach and enjoy the beach without much interference of tourist crowd and have your private time. You are a sporty person? enjoy playing golf? then put your hands on club and enjoy playing in 12 hole golf course. You can also cycle around the property, play tennis and you can do lot more out door activities.
I just had a weekend which was scheduled with events and I didn't get to enjoy the property like I usually do when ever I take off on holiday. but still this trip was memorable in its own way and I tried my best to experience the property in the limited time I had.
Go through my photo gallery below. I tried my best to capture as Leela moments, Hope you all like it.
We were greeted with Marigold garlands. Leela staff, made us feel like royals :)
Man made pond, which creates an illusion of flowing river . A standing Maharshi and hanging deepam gives positive vibes . you can see this on your right from entrance walk through to reception area.
Spacious reception area and carved pillars just enhances the beauty of this property.
Sitting area just before reception and the majestic Nandi.
Nicely crafted bridge to cross river and reach your room
I was given superior room and I was sharing my room with fellow blogger, that explains the make shift bed next to king size bed.
River view from my balcony, sorry for the hazy picture, took it on a rainy morning.
Open bar with comfortable seating's. Bar designing has a bit of British touch.
These are all the only pictures I could capture in my last visit. I hope to visit again and capture many more memories here.
Do you want to know how much it cost to spend a night here? Sorry folks, I stayed here for free, so I cant comment on it.
Do I recommend? If you have a heavy pocket and like to experience a luxury holiday, then YES.
