My cousin is camping at my flat for a while now. Last Sunday like a good host, I decided to take her out and treat her with a dinner. I stay in a god forbid area, finding a good restaurant near to my place is too much to ask for. I did some goggling and I wasn’t in a mood to venture out with a new place, so decided to go the Barbeque Nation in JP Nagar as it is close to my place.
|Feasting Time :)|
I have been to all the Barbeque Nation outlets in Bangalore and been loyal to them since there price was 300 odd Rs for a week days buffet, If my memory is right in 2007. Over the years, this place has evolved in many ways including in price. Prices have gone up to 100% over the years but quality and the taste of the food hasn’t been compromised.
Whats Unique about this place?
This is a place for all Barbeque lovers. Its interesting and innovative concept of grill in each table attracts the foodies. Do-It- yourself is the concept of barbeque nation. Pre cooked-veggies/meat starters are served on the table, which you need to BBQ it on your own on the grill provided on table. It’s actually fun. You get few choices of sauces and marinades which you need to brush it on veggie/meat in your grill to enhance the taste of your BBQ. Staff does its best to satisfy every customer. Chef comes to each and every table to ask about food and if we need any changes. They know how to make a costumer feel like a king/Queen.
It’s always starters, starters, and more starters for me!!! Period. I haven’t ventured out the main course menu till date as I stuff myself with starters all the time. I have tried out their dessert part and tell you all it’s delicious.
Remember to leave some space in tummy for desserts though you can decide to skip main course: P

You don’t have to leave tip to the staff while paying your bills here. 2 Years ago, I did leave a tip and staff declined to take it as the service charges are included in the bill. Service tax is always included in the restaurant but how many would decline a good tips??
